Ram Charan Tej in black for Deeksha

After buying a polo team, Ram Charan Tej is into the sport in a big way. He spent a couple of hours at the Polo Club grounds on Monday as the Army Commander’s Cup trophy kicked off.

This time though he will not show off his riding skills as he is maintaining the 40-day Ayyappa Deeksha. He was attired in the mandatory black of the Deeksha.

“He is going through some mixed feelings since it’s the finals, but he is still confident about his team’s win,” says a source close the star.

“It feels great. These wins for us will help take Hyderabad polo team to the next league in the coming match. I am ready now to take it to the national platform starting with Jodhpur in Dec and then to the international circle next year,” says the star.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy and few other dignitaries will grace the occasion and honour the winner. Can Charan’s team win? Well, that remains to be seen.
